1 Hour CARBS Workout. CARBS – Coordination, Agility, Reaction, Balance and Speed.

Why Attend?

This training will comprise of multi-planar and weight-loaded movements involving the upper and lower body to work in sync. Benefits – strengthening body connections between the brain and muscles, enhancing the nervous system, stimulating muscle growth and promoting bone development.
