What?

Strict Arm Curl contest – Who has the strongest guns?!

A strong curl is a sign of a well rounded lifter and many powerlifting federations have recently added the strict curl back into their competitions.

This competition tests your raw curling strength for just one rep as you have to keep your back to the wall and cannot cheat! You get three attempts to get the best score and can start on the weight of your choice!
