Who Should Attend?
Non-Pole Dancers or Pole Dancers.
Why Attend?
For non-Pole Dancers, PoleLAB will introduce you to Pole Fitness with their Pole Classes. Or if you are not keen on picking up Pole Dance, they can also help you attain your fitness goals through pole exercises.
For Pole Dancers, learning pole tricks isn’t difficult, but it takes constant practice and training to be able to execute the moves well and integrate it smoothly into a dance routine.

PoleLAB believes in having fun while getting fit! Pole Fitness is a fun alternative to conventional sports and a good way to work out your core, stamina, strength and flexibility.
PoleLAB provides you the location for pole practice as well as gym equipments for further training. They also integrate a series of flexibility, targeted tricks and dance workshops to hone your overall pole skills.
This competition is moderated by Singapore Strongman Series. The Log Lift is one of the many signature Strongman events featuring a Log. This is a challenge of overall strength and overhead pressing power. Maximum lift will be the Last Man (or Woman) Standing”.
